AfroBookings (“AfroBookings”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal data entrusted to us by users, customers, vendors, partners, and visitors (“you”, “User”, or “Data Subject”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, transfer, and protect personal data when you access or use our website, mobile applications, booking systems, dashboards, communication tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the AfroBookings Master Platform Agreement, which remains the legally controlling document. In the event of any conflict, the Master Platform Agreement shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1. WHO WE ARE (DATA CONTROLLER INFORMATION)

AfroBookings is a business duly organized and operating under the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with its principal place of business in Ghana.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, AfroBookings acts as a Data Controller in respect of most personal data processed through the Platform and, in certain cases, as a Data Processor when processing data on behalf of Vendors or third-party service providers.

 Important: AfroBookings does not store full credit or debit card numbers, CVV codes, or PIN data.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and AfroBookings does not guarantee absolute security.
