Noise & Neighbour Policy: Guests should keep music, conversations and gatherings at considerate levels, particularly during nighttime hours. Kitchen Use Policy: Guests using the self-catering kitchen should operate appliances responsibly and leave cooking equipment and work surfaces clean after use. Guest Capacity Policy: Accommodation should only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the applicable reservation unless additional guests have been approved by the property. Waste & Cleanliness Policy: Guests should dispose of rubbish properly and maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation, garden and surrounding areas.
