All arriving guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or international passport during check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, interior hallways, and enclosed restaurant spaces. Domestic pets of any kind are not permitted on the property premises, except for certified service animals. Non-registered visitors must report to reception and are restricted to public garden and lounge areas. Unauthorized parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. All accommodation charges and incidental bills must be cleared using cash, approved bank cards, or mobile money transfers. Guests assume full financial liability for any damage, loss, or destruction caused to lodge property or room fittings.
