Smoking Policy: Royal Renaissance is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation units or other designated non-smoking areas. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property. Party and Event Policy: Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar gatherings, are not accommodated. Other events require prior approval from management. Noise Policy: Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and avoid activities that disturb other guests or nearby residents. Visitor Policy: Guests are responsible for informing management about additional visitors, and access may be restricted where visitor numbers exceed the permitted occupancy. Property Care Policy: Guests must take reasonable care of furniture, appliances, kitchen equipment, electronics, and other property facilities and may be charged for damage or loss. Security Policy: Guests must not tamper with CCTV equipment, locks, safety systems, or other security installations within the property.
