Swimming pools, balconies, stairways, elevators, and other potentially hazardous areas should be used responsibly. Property and Damage Policy Guests are responsible for hotel property provided for their use. Any loss, misuse, or damage caused by a guest may result in reasonable repair or replacement charges. Guests should report damaged or missing items to hotel management as soon as possible. Privacy and Security Policy The hotel respects the privacy of its guests and handles guest information responsibly. Guest information is accessed only for legitimate hotel operations and applicable legal requirements. Security measures, including surveillance in appropriate public areas, may be used to protect guests, employees, and hotel property.
