Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or enclosed resort facilities. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. Beach Safety Policy: Guests using the beachfront and participating in water activities should follow safety instructions from resort staff and exercise appropriate caution around the ocean. Property Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for costs associated with damage to rooms, furnishings, appliances, equipment or other resort property caused by misuse or negligence. Noise & Conduct Policy: Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests, staff and neighboring properties. Children’s Safety Policy: Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children around the beachfront, water and other recreational areas. Event & Gathering Policy: Weddings, private parties, corporate functions and large gatherings must be arranged with resort management in advance. Environmental Protection Policy: Guests must not litter on the beach or resort grounds and should avoid activities that damage coastal vegetation, wildlife or other aspects of the surrounding environment.
