Property and Damage Policy Guests are responsible for any loss of or damage to property caused by themselves or their visitors. Any damage should be reported immediately to management. Repair or replacement costs may be charged where appropriate. Safety and Security Policy Guests must follow all safety and security guidelines provided by management. Emergency exits and fire safety equipment must remain accessible at all times. Suspicious activities, accidents, or security concerns should be reported immediately. Visitor Policy Visitors are permitted only in accordance with management's guidelines. Guests must ensure that their visitors behave appropriately and respect the privacy and comfort of others. Overnight visitors may require prior approval from management. Smoking and Alcohol Policy Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, where available. Smoking inside prohibited areas is not allowed. Alcohol consumption must be responsible, and intoxicated or disruptive behavior that affects other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
